    Is there parking available?

There is plenty of street parking available in the area. Please note that there is no dedicated parking for Velto.

    Do you provide alcohol?

We are a full health and wellness facility. We are trying to promote a lifestyle that doesn't use alcohol as a social lubricant and instead promotes and encourages new ways of connecting. As such, alcohol is not nor will be allowed on the premises.

Do I need to be a member to play?

No! Velto is open to everyone. You can book a court or join open play any time without buying anything up front. We also offer prepaid packages of open play and clinics passes, which are entirely optional.

    What is the cancellation policy?

For open play bookings, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. For private events, cancellations must be made at least one week in advance.

How much does it cost to play?

Open play is $30 for a two-hour session. Court rentals start at $80/hour off-peak (one booking covers the whole court, up to four players). Beginner intro clinics are $25 per player. Prepaid packages of open play and clinics passes are available for regular players. You never need one to book — anyone can pay per session.

I've never played pickleball. How do I start?

Two easy on-ramps: a 90-minute beginner intro clinic ($25), where a coach teaches the rules, scoring, and basic strokes while you play, or a beginner open play session if someone has already shown you the basics. Paddles and balls are included free, and new players can use code INTRO for $5 off a first intro class.

    What skill levels are welcome?

Everyone, from first-timers to advanced 4.0+ players. Open play and clinics are sorted by skill level — beginner, advanced beginner, low-intermediate, intermediate, high-intermediate, and advanced — so you're always matched with players near your level. If you're between two levels, start with the lower one.
